Block and Estate Management is about the minutia done well: the role of a Managing Agent is technical, administrative, practical and political. It takes joined up thinking to do what we do well as well as sufficient resource to react to whatever is necessary day-to-day.
As a Managing Agent we know our true business is building relationships with people. Our people are empowered and know that they can make a difference to how people feel about where they live. We call our 'Property Manager's 'Relationship Managers’ to embody our values which are to build relationships, add value, and to take the initiative. We lead the market in transparency and focusing on risk, cash, repairs and place making, usually in that order, and was the first Managing Agent to introduce a ' money back guarantee ’.
Being who we are would be impossible without our passionately committed people, whose qualifications we sponsor and who we support professionally to be the best they can be, as achieving a national training award and our Silver IIP status confirms.

Block Management Reviews

"Hunslet house Corby is my first Ringley home and I have to say I’m very impressed. A very lovely development, the onsite gym and communal space won me over when viewing. After moving in the caretaker is a great guy, he’s knows everything about the building and the people in it. I had a few minor issues within the house and he was always available to advise or even fix himself. He’s on site early everyday ensuring the site is kept in good condition, from the bins outside to the corridors and car park! This site is well managed and serviced and without Steve this place wouldn’t be the way it is now. I love it here!"

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

Cultural Scenes in East Worthing
East Worthing, situated on the southern coast of England in West Sussex, has a history closely linked to the growth of the wider Worthing area, evolving from a small fishing and farming community into a vibrant seaside suburb. The area’s origins date back to medieval times when it was primarily rural land used for agriculture and fishing along the English Channel.
During the 19th century, East Worthing began to transform significantly due to the arrival of the railway in 1845, which improved access to London and other major cities. This spurred residential development and tourism, turning Worthing—and its eastern parts—into a popular seaside destination. Victorian and Edwardian houses were built, reflecting the architectural styles of the period, and the area grew steadily in population.
In the 20th century, East Worthing expanded further with suburban housing developments, schools, and commercial areas, blending the charm of its coastal heritage with modern urban living. Today, East Worthing is a thriving community known for its mix of residential streets, local amenities, and access to the seafront, maintaining a balance between historical roots and contemporary growth.
