Block Management Reviews
"Partnering with VirginLand was fantastic. From start to finish, they handled everything professionally. The team listened to my concerns and tailored their approach to meet my needs. Their ability to match my land with the right developers, without any brokerage fees, was a huge plus. I am grateful for their expertise and dedication. TY"

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

Burnham, Buckinghamshire, is situated 24 miles west of central London. It was a settlement in late Saxon times, with the original name of Burneham, which means "homestead on a stream". It was recorded in the Domesday Book of 1086, published during the period of William I, "The Conqueror" (r.1066-1087).
Burnham was once a very important village: a Royal charter was granted in 1271, to hold a market and annual fair.
Until the late 19th century, Burnham consisted of only the high street and peripheral farms and cottages. From the 1920s, and with the building of the nearby Slough Trading Estate, the size and population of the village has grown from about 4,000 to over 12,000 today.
