Wanted decisive intellectually rigorous graduate for MDs fast track team. You must be an all-rounder, a problem solver, mature enough to oversee project work and coordinate inputs from people. We will expect you to be quick to grasp concepts, as soon we will have you mapping business processes, testing outcomes as well as helping to educate teams as one by one we roll out business transformation and risk reduction improvements.
You will be financially literate, good with excel and able to analyse data to find trends, bugs and to put together audit trail to resolve escalating customer problems. Excellent English for business and creative writing important as is an awareness of brand, slogans and imagery.
Secondments will include: Customer Service, Estate Management, Facilities Management, Fire & PPM Team, Leasing and Marketing

This is a 2 year Graduate Training Contract: Practice areas you will be exposed to include: service charge, asset management, property management, facilities management, fire risk and implementation, insurance management, utility billing, marketing and lead generation, business analysis an business transformation, building pathology and property inspection, residential Landlord and Tenant, commercial Landlord and Tenant and site mobilisation. During your training contract you will be given the opportunity to work in at least 50% of the areas listed.

We have multiple tasks to trigger and have to work closely as a team as together we get projects delivered and prioritise competing demands.

What we pay will depend on the grade you got in your degree, whether you have an MSc, whether we sponsor you for an MSc in Property. We are reasonable and after year one you will be assigned project based milestones with pay awards so that it is up to you to get your salary climbing.
