Salary: £18,000 to £24,000
Digital Marketing Genius role overview - what does a Digital Marketing Genius do?
Initially your role will be to seed the market, seek out test users and build the brand presence. As the product develops we will be creating promotions, building awareness, readers offers, pulse articles and using all traditional and social channels. Ultimately we need to build a brand image that portrays simplicity, assures service delivery and shout about how easy it is to use.
You'll be a confident writer, a better editor, adaptable to write both as an advisor and as a neighbour always using plain English. You'll also be strategic, savvy and confident to track social media analytics and able to track ROI (return on investment) to support your recommendations in order to further develop our existing route to market plans for each part within the Ringley Group.
You’ll need to understand the brand, brand toolkit and quickly tune into appropriate image selection. You’ll also be a dab hand at photoshop as a picture tells a thousand words so sizing images and mixing words is part of the role also. In return you will be at the heart of a growing business, challenged and stretched, given autonomy as you prove yourself and soon be chairing delivery meetings and meeting Clients.
You’ll have a good understanding of SEO to oversee resource doing this. After 15 years of growing a 'one-stop-property-shop' covering all property disciplines, we expand into new premises in 2018 and are looking to double the business within the next 5-7 years, so this role is all about customer integration, process simplication and growth planning.
