Our onboarding team will visit site to catalogue what we need to manage, set up budget templates, benchmark and database key lease clauses, and for complex sites our Facilities Management team will also inspect to understand in detail plant and equipment on site. Ringley Law will set up company and ownership registers all ahead of your nominated Relationship Manager taking over.

Radlett's roots go back to pre-Roman times: stone age flints have been found in the area, suggesting early human activity when the land heavily wooded. The village's name likely comes from Old English rad‑gelaete, meaning a junction of roads, reflecting its position on the anciient Watling Street and the junctions of lesser roads from Aldenham and Shenley. During the Roman period, the wider area (Radlett to Brockley Hill) had several pottery operations supplying London and beyond. The arrival of the railway and good road links significantly shaped its development: Radlett evolved from a small rural settlement into a desirable commuter village. Development accelerated particularly after World War I, as more people working in London chose to live in Radlett.
