"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. Manor Park - Cultural Scene
Manor Park is in the borough of Newham, east London, and is 12.8 miles from the centre of London. The Romford Road we know today, was the original Roman Road from Aldgate to Colchester: this is the main east-west route through the area. This was a well established coaching route linking the city with the towns of Essex. In 1721, during the reign of King George I (r.1714-1727), this route was maintained by the Middlesex and Essex turnpike trust.
During the reign of Queen Victoria, (r.1837-1901), railways started to spread outwards from London, followed by the development of estates of suburban houses. There were three railway stations close by: Forest Gate, which opened in 1840, Manor Park, which opened in 1873, and Woodgrange Park, which opened in 1894. Tramways developed, and these operated along the Romford Road.
By the 1890s, the area around the junction of Manor Park and White Post Lane (later High Street North), became an important shopping area for nearby residents.
Manor Park has changed greatly, in terms of building growth and population. For example, in 1801 there were only around 100 people living in the area. However, the 2021 census recorded Manor Park with a population of 15,836.
