Block Management Reviews
"This is a fabulous place to stay in terms of environment, cleanliness and resources from the staff even though I have just moved in for a week! Definitely gonna recommend this place for anyone who fancies living in a high-standard property at an affordable price! Thanks to the admin especially, the lettings advisor, who helps us a lot on the moving procedure which makes my life easier!"

"I had a couple of issues in my flat in prospect place and both times the estate manager was really helpful, the cleaning team members who came on both occasions were really friendly and helpful, today it was housekeeping but I can't recall the names from last time unfortunately. Also our site cleaning is great generally, especially compared to other similar places I visit locally, so the cleaning team's efforts are really appreciated, they make a huge contribution to my enjoyment of living here"

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

Hendon - More things to do.....
Hendon is in the Borough of Barnet, north-west London, and was originally a Roman settlement. Hendon is a Saxon name meaning high hill, c. 1005. It was recorded as a settlement in the Domesday Book, in 1086. This was during the period of King Edward I, "The Conqueror", (r.1066-1087). At this time, Hendon had a mere 46 households. However, the Domesday Book showed it as the the largest 20% of settlements recorded.
Hendon has come a long way since Medieval times: the Midland Railway and the Great Northern Railways were built through Hendon in the 1860s. The Underground, Northern Line, was established at Golders Green to the south in 1907, and the line was extended to Hendon Central, Colindale and Edgware, in 1923-1924.
Hendon developed as a suburb of London: in 1931, it was Britain's most populated urban district. Now the area is largely built up.
