Block Management Harrow Weald

Harrow Weald's No 1 Managing agent

Block and Estate Management is about the minutia done well: the role of a Managing Agent is technical, administrative, practical and political. It takes joined up thinking to do what we do well as well as sufficient resource to react to whatever is necessary day-to-day.

As a Managing Agent we know our true business is building relationships with people. Our people are empowered and know that they can make a difference to how people feel about where they live. We call our 'Property Manager's 'Relationship Managers’ to embody our values which are to build relationships, add value, and to take the initiative. We lead the market in transparency and focusing on risk, cash, repairs and place making, usually in that order, and was the first Managing Agent to introduce a ' money back guarantee ’.

Being who we are would be impossible without our passionately committed people, whose qualifications we sponsor and who we support professionally to be the best they can be, as achieving a national training award and our Silver IIP status confirms.

Block Management Reviews

"We didn't have the best starts with Ringley, as we got a little forgotten about when our previous property manager left abruptly. However, since our property manager has taken over, the experience has been excellent. She’s efficient, knowledgeable, and proactive, turning things around completely. I would highly recommend her!"

"I don’t usually trust estate agents due to past experiences, but the lettings advisor has completely transformed my perception. From the very beginning of trying to rent with her, it was immediately clear that she is exceptional at what she does. Her professionalism and intelligence shine through in every interaction. She has such a smart, proactive approach to her work, always anticipating potential questions or concerns before they arise. I was impressed by how efficiently she handled every detail, making what could have been a stressful and overwhelming process feel incredibly smooth and manageable. Her communication skills are outstanding—she kept me fully informed at every stage, responding quickly and thoroughly to any queries I had. Even when things got complicated, she remained calm and solutions-focused, ensuring that I never felt lost or uncertain about the next steps. What truly sets her apart is her genuine care. She doesn’t just go through the motions; she takes the time to understand your specific needs and provides tailored guidance. I’ve worked with other estate agents in the past who made me feel like just another number, but the personal touch has completely earned my trust. She’s incredibly reliable and has such a warm, approachable attitude, which made me feel comfortable from the start. It’s clear she’s passionate about what she does and takes pride in delivering top-notch service, which makes all the difference. I honestly can’t recommend her enough—she's someone you can count on to make the rental process not only easy but also enjoyable. With her at the helm, I truly feel like I’m in the best hands possible."

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

Harrow Weald has a long history, with its roots tracing back to medieval times. Originally a rural area, it developed gradually with the construction of the Wealdstone Brook and the rise of agriculture in the 18th and 19th centuries. The arrival of the railway in the 20th century spurred the development of Harrow Weald as a suburban district, attracting more residents due to its proximity to central London and its connection to the city via transport links. The area has maintained much of its historical charm, with several older buildings still standing alongside newer developments.

Harrow Weald is part of the larger Harrow area, which is known for its historical landmarks, such as the famous Harrow School. The area’s history is reflected in its blend of modern residential housing with green spaces and preserved historical sites, offering a mix of old and new. Harrow Weald is still a tranquil area, retaining its village atmosphere amidst the urban sprawl of Greater London.
