Block and Estate Management is about the minutia done well: the role of a Managing Agent is technical, administrative, practical and political. It takes joined up thinking to do what we do well as well as sufficient resource to react to whatever is necessary day-to-day.
As a Managing Agent we know our true business is building relationships with people. Our people are empowered and know that they can make a difference to how people feel about where they live. We call our 'Property Manager's 'Relationship Managers’ to embody our values which are to build relationships, add value, and to take the initiative. We lead the market in transparency and focusing on risk, cash, repairs and place making, usually in that order, and was the first Managing Agent to introduce a ' money back guarantee ’.
Being who we are would be impossible without our passionately committed people, whose qualifications we sponsor and who we support professionally to be the best they can be, as achieving a national training award and our Silver IIP status confirms.

We empower teams out on site
Site staff are the eyes and ears of the developments we manage, they are fully connected to our customer relationship management systems. The work they do is visible to residents, e.g., day books and end of shift inspections on the Ringley Gateway portal.
We see success as the emotional connection of each resident to where they live, so the task is simple... to empower site teams to make a difference on resident at a time.
We hire and place a range of site staff including: Concierge, Caretakers, Housekeeping, Cleaners, Gardeners, Maintenance Engineers and more…

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

Cultural scene in Brent Cross
Brent Cross, located in North West London, is itself historically tied to urban expansion and retail innovation. The area was largely rural until the early 20th century, when the expansion of London's suburbs began to reshape it. Even the "Brent Cross" name itself refers to the River Brent in the area and a medieval crossroads. Dramatic change began in the 1920s and 1930s when North Circular Road and Hendon Way were constructed, laying the groundwork for subsequent importance of the site as a transportation center. However, it was following World War II and with the rapid development and modernization of London that Brent Cross came to take on a more personalized character.
The high watermark of Brent Cross's history was in 1976, with the opening of the Brent Cross Shopping Centre—the UK's first independent, fully covered shopping mall. It was a landmark of British retailing, a shift towards American-style consumerism and suburban shopping culture. Ablaze with big brands and millions of shoppers, the centre became a key commercial and social hub of North London. Since then, there have been numerous redevelopments at Brent Cross and it continues to get stronger, with major regeneration plans due to turn the area into a new urban quarter with new offices, homes, and improved transport links.

Brent Cross itself is for business purposes, particularly due to the shopping centre and adjacent transport interchanges, but residential estates within the area—particularly in Hendon, Golders Green, and parts of Temple Fortune—possess some of the most upmarket roads within the locality.
Some of the highest-demand and upmarket roads near Brent Cross include:
The Bishops Avenue ("Billionaires' Row") – While technically closer to Hampstead and East Finchley, this iconic street is within driving distance of Brent Cross and is among the UK's most expensive roads. It has enormous mansions, many of which are owned by international elites.
Winnington Road – Off The Bishops Avenue, this road is renowned for its large detached houses and prestige. It's a quiet, green street favored by professionals and international buyers.
Hodford Road – Close to Golders Green and within walking distance of Brent Cross, this road has large period houses and is popular with families because of its proximity to good schools and synagogues.
Golders Green Road – More mixed development but some residential parts—especially quieter side roads off it like Beaufort Drive or The Ridgeway—feature big houses and are very sought after.
Parson Street (Hendon) – Flats and semi-detached and detached big houses, often with big gardens, line the West Hendon street. It is popular with professionals who want to be close to central London with suburban comforts.
These roads benefit from proximity to key transport nodes like the North Circular, the M1, and Brent Cross Underground Station, and access to upmarket facilities and schools in North West London.

Brent Cross is most notably renowned for shopping, but there is a variety of activities to be had in and around the area:
1. Brent Cross Shopping Centre
The pièce de résistance of the region is the Brent Cross Shopping Centre, a flagship of the UK's first indoor shopping malls. Boasting over 120 stores, such as John Lewis, Fenwick, and M&S, and an enormous range of dining options from casual to haute cuisine, it is ideal for shopping, eating, and even some indoor fun during festive periods or seasonal pop-ups.
2. Hendon Park in Brent Cross
A brief stroll from Brent Cross, Hendon Park offers open green space, a playground, tennis courts, and a café. It is perfect for a day out with the family, walking the dog, or just some quiet time in the fresh air.
3. Explore Golders Green in Brent Cross
Nearby, Golders Green is the site of various attractions, including Golders Hill Park, a pretty well-tended green space with landscaped gardens, a miniature zoo, and a café. The adjoining Hampstead Heath Extension has scenic walking paths.

Although Brent Cross is perhaps best known for its shopping centre and transportation links, the cultural life of the area is reflective of the North West London borough's rich diversity. Outside of its shopping district, areas like Golders Green and Hendon offer robust connections to the Jewish heritage of London. Golders Green has one of the greatest concentrations of Jews in the city, and this is borne out by the number of kosher restaurants, bookstores, and synagogas that often host cultural events. JW3 on Finchley Road, just a few minutes' drive away, is one of the organisations that offers a rich program of film, art exhibitions, lectures, and performances showcasing both Jewish and broader cultural agendas.
For drama and history lovers, theatres in the area offer a broader cultural experience. The Royal Air Force Museum at Hendon is a must, with interesting exhibitions on British aviation and wartime history for all the family. In North Finchley, ArtsDepot is a theatre venue that offers a central focus on local theatre, dance, comedy, and community workshops. Although Brent Cross itself is quite commercial, its surrounding areas help to create an environment of cultural richness in which history, heritage, and the arts blend in innovative and engaging ways.
