We are just trying...to make it easier for you!

What is the first thing that comes up your mind when you think of Property Industry?
Obviously, every person will have a different opinion, according to their background and experience. Perhaps, surely most you will straightaway think of something big and hard to control.
Prove us wrong and we will close this blog straight away! Oh, we have forgotten to introduce ourselves by the way.

We are Ringley, Chartered Surveyors, one of Londons leading Property Management companies: Solicitors, Valuers, Accountants and Block and Lettings Managers.
In the last 21 years, our core values have led us to achieve many awards, fill up our mailboxes and ensure our phones are always ringing.
Perhaps, you may want to know what our core values are then:
to build relationships;
add value, and;

take the initiative.
Transparency has underpinned everything we do and we have created a range of service of solutions throughout the last 20 years.
You may want to google us if you don't believe it!

What are we here for
It is the same passion for creating solutions that brought us here, to this page in front of your eyes.
In fact, the aim of this blog is to make the Property Industry edible to all of you. Whether you are a landlord, a tenant or an agent, we want to extend our knowledge and add values for you, through this blog. Having delivered professional solutions to Clients we have made it a mission to share whatever we can to improve the professionalism of the industry at large.
We know few things that may come handy to you, dear reader.

Hence, The Property Blog will dispense advice, news, comments and opinions, without forgetting to offer our ears to what you want to say, and, what you what us to blog about.
We've categorised it into 5 tabs. To make it easy for Landlords, Agents and Tenants to find what they are interested in - in our various categories while a more generic Property News page will keep you updated with the most important facts, with special attention to the emerging Build-to-rent sector in which we are deeply immersed.

Perhaps you may be more into technology?

We have the solution for you too, our Proptech page will try to satisfy your needs, as at Ringley we have built our own IT for years which protects our people with STOP mechanisms so the right audit trail is collected along the way and with compliance and training built in. Lately, we have decided that it is not anti-competitive to bring our PropTech solutions to the wider world and we don't mind sharing our journey with you.

Are you coming back for another coffee?

In any case, at Ringley we believe in people opinion power and so we'd love to hear from you too.
Therefore, you can contact us anytime, indeed, through a large range of channels: Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin or into our Blogs mailbox sayit@ringley.co.uk.
Finally, our purpose is to make our common interest an enjoyable journey and to merge experiences: ours and yours, in an easy way as if we were chatting over an expresso or a cup of tea

Well, probably you are actually having your coffee while reading this.
Therefore, we will be here waiting for you at our next post, trying to give you something to read while you have your coffee (or tea, no discriminations allowed here).
Till next time then, reader!

Build to rent developments will have to pay new building safety levy
The UK government recently announced it would include Build to rent developments in its latest building safety levy framework. This thwarts campaigns to exclude them because Build to Rent developments are not sold to leaseholders so Build to Rent developers already have to self-fund or seek redress through their development procurement agreements.
