Block Management Reviews
"I am very grateful to the estates team for addressing a problem that residents of the apartment block I live in have had with the front door. When there is a strong wind from the north east, the door blows open and is very difficult to close. I have raised concerns over this issue on a number of occasions with the previous management company to no avail. The estate manager is the first person to listen to my concerns and take appropriate action."

"I've had an excellent experience at Anaconda Cut! The building is not only beautifully designed and well-maintained but also offers top-notch amenities that truly make it feel like home. A special shout-out to the on-site team, who went above and beyond to make my move-in process smooth and stress-free. From answering all my questions promptly to providing helpful guidance every step of the way. The support was invaluable, and it's clear they genuinely cares about the residents. Thank you to the entire team at Anaconda Cut, for making this such a positive experience! Highly recommended!"

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

We work to enhance the value of our Client’s asset and demonstrate good governance. To us this means engaging with leaseholders, residents and other stakeholders to ensure they are engaged with the management of each development.

Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

Trowbridge Cultural Scene
Trowbridge was until 1938, part of the parish of Rumney, it was a large tract of low-lying land, across which ran the main railway line to Bristol. It was only until the second half of the 20th Century when housing spread east from Rumney that the area began to develop away from its former farm-land purpose.
It is one of Cardiff's newest suburbs, and includes part of St. Mellons in its boundaries.
Silvervale Park: Silvervale Park will be an ideal location for first-time buyers and growing families with offerings of 3/4 bedroom homes. The local area benefits from an abundance of amenities including shops, pubs, a business park, playing fields, golf club and bowls club in addition to a number of local primary schools. The area is has good transport links with the nearest mainline station being Cardiff Central which has train services to Manchester, Bristol and London Paddington, while Heath High Level is the nearest local train station.
St Edeyrns Village: St Edeyrns is a new village located in the north-east of Cardiff. The development is named St Edeyrn, after a 6th century monk. This purpose-built village provides fantastic facilities, including a primary school, local shops, allotments, a community orchard and a landscaped riverside park running along the Rhymney River.
The village offers the opportunity to purchase houses between 2 bedrooms and 4 bedrooms.
There are many amenities in Trowbridge that will keep you occupied. For instance, the Hendre Lake Park is a favourite site for birdwatching and fishing, and the circular walk around the lake is ideal for a quick stroll.
The Caldicot and Wentloog Levels are also a great see, as they are extremely rich archaeologically with finds from the Bronze age and Iron Age periods.
Even though Trowbridge only began to develop in the 2nd half of the 20th Century, the largely residential area retains a warm, collective feeling, this is seen through its multiple independent pubs such as the Newbridge.
