Block Management Reviews
"This morning I sent to Dilara an email regarding the main drainage blockage, almost the next minute a plumber knocked my door! It was super fast, totally out of my expectation, thanks a million! I also asked the junior property manager for EWS1 form and Fire Risk assessment for remortgage purpose, she was very helpful as well. Thanks!"

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

Swiss Cottage - Cultural Scene
Unless you live near the Swiss cottage, you probably don't care much for the Swiss cottage. But yes, indeed Swiss houses have real Swiss houses. The Swiss Mansion is located between Swiss Cottage Station and the Odeon IMAX brick monster. A chalet style building painted in French mustard with wooden beams and balconies. Shutters frame the windows and hanging baskets complete the alpine look.
YeOldeSwiss Cottage is a pub and is located on what appears to be a traffic island. Finchley Road and Avenue Road meet a few meters north of the pub, with numerous lanes in both directions. For those who love beer, there is a beer garden. But why is that hut there anyway? Originally built on the site in 1840, the Swiss Chalet, known as the Swiss Tavern, served as an inn when the area (northeast of Primrose Hill) was in the countryside. At that time there was a tendency to build this style of cottage all over Britain. Anyone who has been to the Isle of Wight has seen a very special Swiss cottage for Queen Victoria.
Netherall Gardens: Behind the original historic facade of this iconic late Victorian building sits a new, ultra-modern, classic yet contemporary apartment with almost all modern amenities. This duplex apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, a master bedroom suite, two more bedrooms, a guest bathroom, a roof terrace and a storage room. N.B. Photo from March 2015.
Place
Netherhall Gardens runs from an intersection with FitzJohn's Avenue to the west and includes an intersection with Nutley Terrace to the south. Alton House is approximately 600 meters from Hampstead Tube Station (North Line) and 800 meters from Finchley Road Tube Station (Jubilee and Metropolitan Lines). Additionally, there are plenty of transportation options on both FitzJohn's Avenue (B511) and Finchley Road (A41).

The Hampstead Theater was founded in 1959 at Moreland Hall, Holly Bush Vale. Known then as the Hampstead Theater Club, it was founded by British director James Roose-Evans. Harold Pinter was a fixture in the early years, rehearsing and testing many of his plays in front of loyal Hampstead audiences.
