"I had an awesome experience with the lettings team at Ringley, the member of staff was very attentive to what I needed and always provided an update when there was one. She went above and beyond for me."

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

We work alongside those deploying capital: our VirginLand by Ringley identify sites, our capital markets team work on equity and debt, our Asset Managers act as Employer’s Agent during the build for Project Monitoring. Towards Practical Completion we will be preparing always to mobilse new assets, take plant handover, recruit great teams and lease up fast.

We work to enhance the value of our Client’s asset and demonstrate good governance. To us this means engaging with leaseholders, residents and other stakeholders to ensure they are engaged with the management of each development.

|
Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

The name was recorded in Latin at the end of the 13th century when it became the property of the St. John's Hospital in Jerusalem (Boscum Prioris Sancti Johannis). The English name was first mentioned in 1524. Henry Samuel Eyre, a London wine merchant, bought the property from the Earl of Chesterfield in 1732. St Johns Wood did not develop in the same way as many other posh London neighborhoods. The low status meant that the roads were poorly maintained and did not attract a gentleman's seat, but unlike the more protective and hardy landowners elsewhere, the Ayer family benefited from the development.
In 1794 Ayres planned to create St John's Wood in the same style as the spa town of Bath, but this was thwarted by stagnation during the Napoleonic Wars. South of the Air Estate is the farmland of Marylebone Park and the former royal hunting ground, recently leased to the Duke of Portland. Most of their land was designed as Regent's Park, but the north end was built as Portland Town in the early 1800s and had working-class housing. Westminster City Council purchased the land forming the vault behind St John's Wood Church in 1808 and in 1814 St Marylebone Council built the church itself to accommodate the growing population of the neighborhood. . Also in 1814, Thomas Rose Cricket Ground moved to its current location on St John's Wood Road.

Perfectly reproduce the cover of the famous Beatles album Abbey Road from 1969 by walking over the zebra crossing in a group of four! Write on the outer wall of Abbey Road Studios and stop by the shop to pick up cool things like Abbey Road souvenirs and perhaps a synthesizer. Exit St John's Wood tube station (Jubilee Line), cross Globe End, follow the hill to Abbey Road, turn right and you will see a walkway and the white Abbey Road Studios building
If you want to sit on a park bench or play a game of chess outside, go to St. John's Church Garden. There is an old cemetery on the beautiful grounds. St John's Church was built in 1814 by architect Thomas Hardwick and is now Grade II listed.
