"I would like to thank the Estate Manager for going beyond her job description on my app ceiling this had been left through no fault of mine she dealt with it quickly professionally and I am one who is grateful as the task she did I was going to try and do but as an older resident would have found very hard she took that on board and dealt with it this is from one very grateful resident to your firm who have the luxury of having her on board"

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

Shenfield - Cultural Scene
Shenfield is situated in Essex, to the east of London. It is 21 miles from central London. The original name comes from the Anglo-Saxon Chenefield, which means "good lands". The old village (now town), lies along the original Roman Road, which linked London and Colchester.
In 1843, during the reign of Queen Victoria, (r.1837-1901), Shenfield Railway station was opened by the Great Eastern Railway. However, the area remained largely rural. The Parish Church of St. Mary the Virgin, north of the village, had its nave, the oldest existing part, built in c.1249. Other parts were built in the 15th and 16th century. However, in 1863 the church was restored, and enlarged in 1867.
In 1921, the Shenfield Cricket Club opened: this has since made the town well known for the sport. The land was granted by the Courage brewing family, for use as by the cricket club. The club's badge is a cockerel, which shows both the trade mark of the Courage brand and the weathervane on St. Mary's church.
In 1851, the town's population was estimated as 2,397. However, in 2020, Shenfield was estimated to have 5,396 people.
