"I write with regards to the recent help I received from our Estate Manager, I asked him to come to my apartment and view the very badly stained glass and metal on my balcony . I have tried to clean with no success . A window cleaner couldn't do any better . The new cladding stained by plaster looks dreadful also . On the side balcony there is a pool of green stagnant water . Together with a collection of the builders sandwich wrappers and bottles . A pain of the balcony glass has been shattered and removed but not replaced . It all got a bit too much . The big feature of the apartment is its balcony and they look dreadful . Even the new cladding is covered in stains from where plaster has been wiped . None of the above was covered during the work . The Estate Manager has assured me that both balconies will be cleaned stones pressure washed , glass replaced and cleaned to its perfect pre build status and the metal to returned to its pre build state . I have been very distressing time these last few years . Aware the builders are leaving I don't want to be left with this mess . The Estate Manager has reassured me all this will be put right and he personally will make sure of this . It has made me feel better. There is someone coming to show me how good this will be in a week or two when the builders leave . Trusting it will all be restored back to it former perfect condition "

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

Portsmouth Cultural Scene
Portsmouth has a rich and long history which can be traced back all the way back to Roman Britain, where 'Portus Adurni' was built, a fort near Portchester in the late 3rd Century. However, in the Anglo-Saxon records there was a warrior called Port, who killed a noble in Portsmouth in 501, and Winston Churchill attributes the areas founding to Port in ' A History of the English-Speaking People'.
Harbour Place: A development that offers a range of 2 and 3 bedroom homes situated between Bedhampton and Drayton. The new build is surrounded by both green open space and on the coastline, with Langstone Harbour nearby, Harbour Place is an ideal place for first time buyers and growing families. There a variety of amenities nearby, including shops, cafés, bars and restaurants, and you'll find Waitrose and Marks & Spencer supermarkets within 3 miles.
Novo, Station Road: The new development offers a range of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes just a short distance from Langstone Harbour. The area is situated within Drayton, which is a fantastic residential area in the city of Portsmouth, ideally located with transport links to the A3 and M27 nearby.
There are many to do in Portsmouth, for instance you could visit some of the many historical landmarks that include HMS Victory which is the oldest navy ship in the world that is still in commission, or you could visit the Charles Dickens' Birthplace Museum which is situated on Mile End Terrace, which to no surprise it the birth place of Charles Dickens.
Portsmouth has a great history of producing incredible writers, as previously mentioned, Charles Dickens was born in Portsmouth, but he is in a long list of other famous writers that include, Arthur Conan Doyle who practised medicine in the city, H.G Wells who lived in the city during the 1880s, and Rudyard Kipling.
