Block and Estate Management is about the minutia done well: the role of a Managing Agent is technical, administrative, practical and political. It takes joined up thinking to do what we do well as well as sufficient resource to react to whatever is necessary day-to-day.
As a Managing Agent we know our true business is building relationships with people. Our people are empowered and know that they can make a difference to how people feel about where they live. We call our 'Property Manager's 'Relationship Managers’ to embody our values which are to build relationships, add value, and to take the initiative. We lead the market in transparency and focusing on risk, cash, repairs and place making, usually in that order, and was the first Managing Agent to introduce a ' money back guarantee ’.
Being who we are would be impossible without our passionately committed people, whose qualifications we sponsor and who we support professionally to be the best they can be, as achieving a national training award and our Silver IIP status confirms.

We empower teams out on site
Site staff are the eyes and ears of the developments we manage, they are fully connected to our customer relationship management systems. The work they do is visible to residents, e.g., day books and end of shift inspections on the Ringley Gateway portal.
We see success as the emotional connection of each resident to where they live, so the task is simple... to empower site teams to make a difference on resident at a time.
We hire and place a range of site staff including: Concierge, Caretakers, Housekeeping, Cleaners, Gardeners, Maintenance Engineers and more…

"The arrival of Ringley was a most welcome arrival at Ffordd James Mcghan. The previous Management Company left a lot to be desired.Ringley made a huge difference particularly in terms of landscaping and repairs necessitated by repeated vandalism.Communication, something lacking with previous Companies, was re-instated.It is with great regret that for whatever the reason Ringley will now be handing over to an unknown MAnagement Company."

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

Cultural scenes in Osterley:
With evidence of early settlements found nearby, Osterley's history dates back to the Roman era, demonstrating its longstanding significance. During the Middle Ages, Osterley was a small, mostly agricultural village in the Isleworth parish. The affluent Jersey family owned Osterley Manor, a magnificent estate situated on the land, which was abundant in natural beauty. The 16th-century manor itself was renowned for its vast grounds and charming surroundings. The estate developed into a well-known family home over the ages, with different owners improving the property and making a significant contribution to the local identity.
The Child family oversaw a major transformation of the estate in the 18th century. Osterley House is a stunning example of neoclassical architecture that was commissioned by renowned banker Sir Francis Child. Renowned architect Robert Adam later renovated the home, establishing Osterley as a masterwork of architecture. The surrounding grounds, which included large gardens, decorative lakes, and lovely views, were equally magnificent. Osterley's character changed during the Industrial Revolution as a result of the construction of railway access, which made the area more suburban. With Osterley Park and House standing as a famous landmark that provides a window into the past while also acting as a cultural destination, Osterley is a thriving fusion of rich history and modernity today.

Osterley, a charming suburb of West London, offers a rich cultural heritage of history, art, and community participation. The hub of this cultural activity is Osterley Park and House, a National Trust site renowned for its Georgian architecture and extensive grounds. The estate regularly features interactive events that make history live. To mention but a few, the Horrible Histories Gorgeous Georgians trail, running from February to August 2025, invites people to travel back in time with ten wonderful activities, including the Marvellous Make-Up Gallery and greetings with well-known characters like Dick Turpin. The Creative Community Art Project, led by artist Jasmin Bhanji, has also overspangled the park with site-specific artworks created in collaboration with local young people, schools, and community groups. These exhibitions, on display until March 2026, take themes of visibility, connection and belonging and offer fresh interpretations of the park heritage.
Beyond the park, Osterley fosters a vibrant sense of community through a variety of cultural activities. The Boston Manor House to Osterley Park Community Walks, held once every month, provide an opportunity for visitors and residents to stroll along the lovely pathways between these two destinations, promoting well-being and social connection. For those who love to have fun, The Sharks offer family-friendly paddling sessions along the park's watercourses, which combine outdoor adventure and exercise in nature. These kinds of events and activities express Osterley's commitment to promoting a culturally diverse and inclusive community for all.
