Block and Estate Management is about the minutia done well: the role of a Managing Agent is technical, administrative, practical and political. It takes joined up thinking to do what we do well as well as sufficient resource to react to whatever is necessary day-to-day.
As a Managing Agent we know our true business is building relationships with people. Our people are empowered and know that they can make a difference to how people feel about where they live. We call our 'Property Manager's 'Relationship Managers’ to embody our values which are to build relationships, add value, and to take the initiative. We lead the market in transparency and focusing on risk, cash, repairs and place making, usually in that order, and was the first Managing Agent to introduce a ' money back guarantee ’.
Being who we are would be impossible without our passionately committed people, whose qualifications we sponsor and who we support professionally to be the best they can be, as achieving a national training award and our Silver IIP status confirms.

We see success as the emotional connection of each resident to where they live, so the task is simple... to empower site teams to make a difference on resident at a time.

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

History of North Kensingtion
Most prestigious roads in North Kensingtion
North Kensington, in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, boasts a vibrant and storied past stretching back to early medieval times. The district was initially part of the larger parish of Kensington and was largely rural and agricultural until the 19th century. London's expansion and the increase in railways in the Victorian times significantly influenced North Kensington, with the introduction of the Great Western Railway in the 1830s and the subsequent opening of the Metropolitan Line fully incorporating the area into the city. The mid-19th century experienced a change with industrialization having reached all over the region, and North Kensington started to see swift urbanization. New housing developments, often constructed to accommodate working-class families, replaced much of the open land, transforming the area into a densely populated urban district. By the late 19th century, North Kensington had become home to a growing and diverse population, many of whom worked in the nearby industries, shops, or on the railways.
The 20th century was a time of significant social and economic change in North Kensington, with challenges and developments shaping its identity. Post-World War II, the area was invaded by a massive influx of immigrants, particularly from the Caribbean, and thus it became a multicultural neighborhood. The area was renowned for its street life, and markets and corner shops added to its vibrant atmosphere. But North Kensington itself had its share of deep social ills, including poverty and poor housing, leading to attempts at urban renewal and redevelopment during the mid-20th century. The most renowned landmark of the area, the Notting Hill Carnival, began life in the 1960s as a Caribbean cultural festival, again making North Kensington a center for culture. The latter half of the 20th century and the early 21st century have also seen gentrification and rising property costs in the area, with clashes between long-time residents and the new arrivals. Aside from these problems, North Kensington remains an active and unwavering segment of London, characterized by ethnic diversity, landmark sites, and a strong sense of community.
