"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

We work alongside those deploying capital: our VirginLand by Ringley identify sites, our capital markets team work on equity and debt, our Asset Managers act as Employer’s Agent during the build for Project Monitoring. Towards Practical Completion we will be preparing always to mobilse new assets, take plant handover, recruit great teams and lease up fast.

|
We work to enhance the value of our Client’s asset and demonstrate good governance. To us this means engaging with leaseholders, residents and other stakeholders to ensure they are engaged with the management of each development.
|
|
Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

Within The Ringley Group we have a range of professional practices to enable transactions: Land Find, Valuers, Surveyors, Engineers and of course Ringley Law.
We work closely with official receivers, asset owners, lenders and tax consultants to support property owners throughout each assets lifecycle. |
As a group of companies we are a diverse bunch with enough experts on board to be a one-stop-property-shop. We listen and align to each Client's goals so each of us knows what needs to be done all the while remaining innovative and solutions oriented - as a team - One Ringley.
- 100% transparency
- to network and find solutions

Mayfair Cultural Scene
Analysis of the roman roads in the area suggest that Romans had settled in the area while they established Londinium, which was the capital of Roman Britain. However it was only until the 17th Century when the area largely developed. Mayfair was mainly open fields until development started in the Shepherd Market area around 1686–88 to accommodate the May Fair that had moved from Haymarket in St. James's because of overcrowding.
4 Queen Street: 4 Queen Street is a development of two adjoining period buildings providing six spacious three-bedroomed apartments in the heart of the historic and picturesque Mayfair conservation area. The newly built apartments, provide a contemporary living in a historic setting. The development is situated in an ideal location connecting Curzon Street and Charles Street, whilst being moments away from Berkeley Square and Grosvenor Square.
Marylebone Square: The development offers a stunning collection of 54 high-end apartments along with carefully chosen boutiques and restaurants, and a versatile community hall.
The development is situated within walking distance of numerous amenities of Marylebone High Street, Selfridges, and several train and tube stations such as Baker Street Station and Bond Street Station. The residential building benefits from numerous amenities like a lift and 24 hour concierge.
There are many things to do in Mayfair that make it a great place to live, for instance, you could stroll, cycle or paddle through neighbouring Hyde Park, spotting swans and ducks at the Serpentine Lake on the way. If you are a keen shopper, then you may prefer to visit the high-end brands on Mount Street and Bond Street or many of the flagship stores on Oxford Street.
Mayfair is a place rich with culture but also luxury, for instance, Mayfair is the home to more Michelin-star restaurants than any other London district. There’s the three-star, nine-seater sushi restaurant The Araki; Indian fine dining at Gymkhana; and Hakkasan’s contemporary Cantonese cuisine. Mayfair really is a great place to taste cuisine from different cultures.
