Block Management Overview

Management is about the minutia done well. It takes a team across a range of disciplines to deal with the multiple facets of block and estate management: politics, building pathology, finance, legal knowhow and of course customer service too.

At Ringley we believe in joined up thinking and commit to signpost Clients on all things property - even if outside our day-to-day management remit

Our true business is building relationships with our people. Our people really know that they can make a difference to our residents. We match our people to what each site needs to be achieved, with you in mind. We lead the market in transparency and focusing on risk, cash, repairs and place making, usually in that order.

We are not shy of hard work and believe our ability to get stuck in and find solutions that sets us apart. We are innovative to the core and committed to implementing good ideas in pursuit of 5* service.

Being who we are would be impossible without our passionately committed people, whose qualifications we sponsor and who we support professionally to be the best they can be, as achieving a national training award and our Silver IIP status confirms.

However it was only until the 17th Century when the area largely developed. Mayfair was mainly open fields until development started in the Shepherd Market area around 1686–88 to accommodate the May Fair that had moved from Haymarket in St. James's because of overcrowding.

What our CEO, Mary Anne Bowring, likes about Mayfair

Mayfair itself is a stunning location with beautiful homes designed with the very best architecture. The area is well connected to many parts of central London, with areas such as Berkeley Square and Grosvenor Square being located nearby. Additionally, the area is great for keen shoppers with notable streets such as Oxford Street, just moments away.

Things to do in Mayfair

There are many things to do in Mayfair that make it a great place to live, for instance, you could stroll, cycle or paddle through neighbouring Hyde Park, spotting swans and ducks at the Serpentine Lake on the way. If you are a keen shopper, then you may prefer to visit the high-end brands on Mount Street and Bond Street or many of the flagship stores on Oxford Street.

Mayfair Cultural Scene

Mayfair is a place rich with culture but also luxury, for instance, Mayfair is the home to more Michelin-star restaurants than any other London district. There’s the three-star, nine-seater sushi restaurant The Araki; Indian fine dining at Gymkhana; and Hakkasan’s contemporary Cantonese cuisine. Mayfair really is a great place to taste cuisine from different cultures.
