Block Management Reviews
"Moving was as easy as it could be. We arrived late, but the lettings advisor was still on hand to hand them over. She also organised a second (same day) clean because we weren't satisfied with the clean that had already been done. This was a great help especially with us having a two year old."

"Having been at the flat for less than a week, we are thoroughly impressed with Anaconda Cut, from our flat to the facilities and location. The team demonstrated exceptional assistance, attentiveness, and thoroughness throughout the entire process. We are extremely pleased."

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

Marylebone - Cultural Scene
Marylebone is situated just 1.1 miles west of Charing Cross, central London. A Roman settlement was once in the area: in 1894 a culvert made from brick and stone was discovered there.
The area has always been divided into two sections: Old Bond Street to the south, and New Bond Street to the north. The street is named after Sir Thomas Bond, a developer who played an important role. In the 1720s, he developed the street, built on fields surrounding Clarendon House on Piccadilly. By the end of the 18th century, it became a popular place for wealthy residents of Mayfair to socialise. Esteemed and expensive shops were established along the street. However, although it declined in the 19th century, it maintained its reputation as a fashionable centre for retail and the arts. For example, in 1876, the Fine Art Society was established; and in 1877, the Grosvenor Gallery was opened, in nearby New Bond Street.
Marylebone has been mentioned in works of literature, including Jane Austen's novel, Sense and Sensibility, and Virigina Woolf's novel, Mrs Dalloway.
Currently, Sotheby's and Bonhams (formerly Phillips), auction houses, the department store Fenwick, and jeweller Tiffany's, are notable, popular establishments. Bond Street has, in certain instances, been regarded as the best retail location in Europe.
1newhomes have on offer Marylebone Square, 79 Marylebone Lane, London, W1. The development has 54 private apartments, self contained within this beautiful building. What sets it apart, is that it is the only new build in the area. The average is £2,693,000 for a 1 bedroom flat; £4,500,000 for a 2 bedroom flat; and £6,350,000 for a 3 bedroom flat.
The kitchen and bathrooms have a classic French marble, to give the interiors a classic feel. Vanity units in bathrooms and bedrooms are created out of a rich walnut veneer. With windows on the side street and facing the courtyard, the apartment is illuminated with natural light in the day-time.
Bedrooms are spacious and elegantly crafted, with high quality natural materials. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open out onto a private balcony, which provides a good source of light into the room.
Marylebone Square has been thoughtfully designed: as a modern masterpiece, it blends well with the historic surroundings and Georgian buildings, near Bond Street.
Knight Frank have on offer Twenty Grosvenor Square, Mayfair, London, W1. All flats have been designed to a high specification. The average for a 4 bedroom flat is £23,500,000.
The principal bedroom suite has two Juliette balconies, and a dressing room with finest Italian cabinets, leading through to a luxurious bathroom, with beautiful marble, double vanity unit, and a separate bath and shower. There are three further bedroom suites: these have full length double glazed windows, and Juliette balconies, allowing plenty of natural light into the flat. Residents benefit from an impressive reception room, with floor to ceiling doors, opening to a balcony, and a kitchen/dining room, with the world's leading brands, including integrated Sub-Zero, and Wolf appliances. Other features of the flat include a separate utility room, guest WC, Comfort Cooling, underfloor heating, and home automation Crestron system.
All residents have the luxury of an extraordinary 25 metre pool with adjacent vitality pool and spa, state of the art gymnasium, cinema room, garden library, private garden and terrace, business centre and meeting room, games and function room, wine cellar, creche, valet parking and secure storage facilities.
Marylebone is an elegant residential area with a country feel centered around the independent shops and fine restaurants of Marylebone High Street. Visitors line up outside Madame Tussauds and the Sherlock Holmes Museum, home to the fictional detective, at 221b Baker Street. The Georgian mansion, which houses the Wallace art collection and antique furniture, represents the elegant architecture of the area.
Marylebone has been a fashionable borough of London since at least the 17th century - as evidenced by the list of notable residents (past and present). Today, it has become a world-renowned shopping destination. Skip Oxford Street and stroll down Marylebone's quieter, more elegant street, home to the famous Daunt Books. The area is also home to an excellent dining scene, with newcomers from the world-famous Chiltern Firehouse to the Termini Centrale bar, making it the perfect destination for Negroni fans. The forest also has attractions including Madame Tussauds, the Sherlock Holmes Museum and the fascinating Wallace Collection. But mostly people come here to wander the beautiful streets of Georgia and enjoy the elegant atmosphere. Now it is not refined.
