Block and Estate Management is about the minutia done well: the role of a Managing Agent is technical, administrative, practical and political. It takes joined up thinking to do what we do well as well as sufficient resource to react to whatever is necessary day-to-day.
As a Managing Agent we know our true business is building relationships with people. Our people are empowered and know that they can make a difference to how people feel about where they live. We call our 'Property Manager's 'Relationship Managers’ to embody our values which are to build relationships, add value, and to take the initiative. We lead the market in transparency and focusing on risk, cash, repairs and place making, usually in that order, and was the first Managing Agent to introduce a ' money back guarantee ’.
Being who we are would be impossible without our passionately committed people, whose qualifications we sponsor and who we support professionally to be the best they can be, as achieving a national training award and our Silver IIP status confirms.

We empower teams out on site
Site staff are the eyes and ears of the developments we manage, they are fully connected to our customer relationship management systems. The work they do is visible to residents, e.g., day books and end of shift inspections on the Ringley Gateway portal.
We see success as the emotional connection of each resident to where they live, so the task is simple... to empower site teams to make a difference on resident at a time.
We hire and place a range of site staff including: Concierge, Caretakers, Housekeeping, Cleaners, Gardeners, Maintenance Engineers and more…

Block Management Reviews
"My partner and I have lived at Anaconda for over 5 years and absolutely love it. The staff and facilities are brilliant. Concierge always top notch with Simon and Jay looking after parcels and overall wellness/safety. Antonia and Elle super friendly and helped us move to a different apartment within the building and making the transition super smooth! Finally the maintenance team but a special mention to Shane. I’d put in a request and he’d always respond within the hour. Any issues, he follows up and makes sure all is sorted. Would really recommend living here as the management and team are like an extended family."

"The lettings advisor is amazing! She's been so helpful from the moment I enquired about an available apartment. She responds promptly and is always kind. I'm a first time renter and she has answered all my stupid questions about the process without making me feel silly. She has dealt with any issues very quickly and has made the whole move so much easier Thank you"

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

Cultural Scene in Kingsland
Kingsland in the borough of Hackney in London has a long and rich history that can be traced back to as early as medieval days when it was part of Dalston. The region has seen tremendous expansion over the centuries with the earliest settlements in East London to date. Among the historic landmarks that reflect Kingsland's rich heritage is Kingsland Manor, a house that radiates 16th-century charm. Located in a bountiful farm setting, the manor served as a key player in developing the region in its early years and setting up the community. The name "Kingsland" was derived from the Old English term used to refer to the area. Over past centuries, more so in the 18th century, this area started to develop. This development was due to the expansion of London over the centuries, especially during the Georgian period when London started expanding beyond its old boundaries.
The 18th century was a remarkable time of expansion in Kingsland, coinciding harmoniously with the wave of urbanisation that swept over London. As London changed to become a bustling metropolis, Kingsland became a vital addition to East London. The excitement generated by the Industrial Revolution accelerated this expansion even more in the 19th century. New factories were built, and with population expansion increasing, Kingsland became a busy hub of commerce in East London driven by a mounting demand both for industrial space and residential areas. A turning point in Kingsland's history was reached with the emergence in the 18th century of Kingsland Road as a vital artery. It served as a key link between the City of London and East London and integrated the locality into the wider urban fabric of the city. During the Victorian era, terraced housing became the quintessential icon of Kingsland. The housing estates that were built up in towns were to represent the expansion of the region that was being fuelled by a rising population and a soaring demand for housing. The Second World War had left Kingsland with deep wounds as much of the land had been ravaged into a barren landscape of ruins. But over time, leaders of the region began a remarkable exercise of reconstruction. As with much of East London, Kingsland was subjected to a painstaking metamorphosis as it emerged from the ashes with new homes and structures rising out of what remained of the previous era.During the 20th century, Kingsland became a key component of Hackney's multicultural fabric. It changed dramatically over time, developing a lively arts and culture scene that raised it to being a diverse and cosmopolitan haven in East London. Kingsland has seen a dramatic transformation over recent years thanks to urban renewal. The area has seen a remarkable transformation with property schemes, a plethora of shopping facilities, and some of it being designated as cultural centers. This burst of energy has revived the place with a lively atmosphere that has rekindled its reputation as a bustling part of Hackney.
