"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

We work alongside those deploying capital: our VirginLand by Ringley identify sites, our capital markets team work on equity and debt, our Asset Managers act as Employer’s Agent during the build for Project Monitoring. Towards Practical Completion we will be preparing always to mobilse new assets, take plant handover, recruit great teams and lease up fast.

We work to enhance the value of our Client’s asset and demonstrate good governance. To us this means engaging with leaseholders, residents and other stakeholders to ensure they are engaged with the management of each development.

|
Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

Kennington Cultural Scene
First recorded as Chenintune in the Domesday Book, the name probably means "a man's farm called Cēna", but others suggest "the king's place".
In 1337, Kennington was given to Edward the Black Prince, where the royal palace was built. The palace has been around for a long time, but has since been owned by the eldest son of the King of England as part of the Duchy of Cornwall. From 1622, the Principality began renting out Kennington residents. And it motivated them to improve their property. The construction of Westminster Bridge in 1750 brought residential accessibility and early popularity.
Most of Kennington's modern layout was established in 1799, but the southwestern part, including the Kennington Oval, was developed soon after. By 1818 the current street style was fully established and the village was a semi-rural suburb with a large house with a four or five story porch.
Kennington Common was the setting for the exhibition and performance. On the gallows there is the Church of San Marco. In 1848 a large crowd gathered among the common people who intended to march into parliament to petition the Gartist. The demonstration was banned and the crowd was persuaded by Chartist leader Feargus O'Connor to break up peacefully.
Manor Place Depot is a modern collection of one, two and three bedroom apartments. Great location just 10 minutes walk from Elephant and Castle (Zone 1) and Kennington (Zone 2) stations. Manners of Style has been integrated into this new development and the carefully designed apartments offer plenty of space and inspiring interiors with sleek, modern appliances and high-quality fixtures. Shared outdoor spaces include a bee hotel and a beautiful beehive garden, and each house has its own balcony, terrace or patio.
"Zone" is an exceptional collection of Shared Ownership apartments, at Berkeley’s iconic Oval Village development. Located in Zone 1 between Oval, Vauxhall and Kennington stations Zone at Oval Village makes commuting across the capital fast and easy, while excellent tube, rail, bus and cycle networks put you within easy reach of city hotspots.
So whether you want to head to Bond Street for some designer shopping, explore Soho’s vibrant nightlife, enjoy the West End theatres or take in sights such as Buckingham Palace, you can be there in next to no time. With hundreds of restaurants on your doorstep, plus dozens of bars, pubs and some hugely popular comedy clubs, living at Zone at Oval Village offers you a social life that’s hard to rival.
Built to a high specification, all homes offer the best in contemporary living with concierge service, a private balcony and access to beautifully landscaped gardens; a city oasis for those that enjoy the perks of a city lifestyle and great outdoors.
So much on your doorstep in this part of town - you're close to food, drink, playgrounds and public areas within walking distance. Burgess Park, Walworth Garden, Pullens Garden and Tibetan Peace Garden offer a place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of London.
Kennington is fast becoming an exciting and prosperous London area, driven by a major revitalization of the region. Southwark Council's multi-billion dollar conversion plan will allow larger areas to significantly benefit from the new downtown area. The project includes a completely refurbished tube station, a new state-of-the-art campus at the University of London, new exhibition spaces and leisure facilities, new shops, cafes, restaurants and cinemas.
