"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

We work to enhance the value of our Client’s asset and demonstrate good governance. To us this means engaging with leaseholders, residents and other stakeholders to ensure they are engaged with the management of each development.

Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

Forest Gate - Cultural Scene
Forest Gate is in the borough of Newham, east London, and is 7 miles from central London. During the reign of King William I, "The Conqueror", (1066-1087), the area was then known as Hamme: hence the names West Ham and East Ham, today. The area was originally a dense forest; and one connection is that the first record of the name "Forest Gate", derives from the West Ham parish registers of the late 17th century: this describes a gate placed across the modern Woodford Road, to stop cattle straying from the open Wanstead Flats area of Epping Forest, onto the main Roman Road, (now the Romford Road).
The area remained largely rural until the 19th century. As the population grew, new churches were built: for example, Emmanuel in 1852, and St. Mark's, from 1893 to 1898. In 1852, Forest Gate's population was 7,127.
In 1840, Forest Gate railway station was first opened, a year after the Eastern Counties Railway was built. However, in 1843 the station was closed. After pressure from the local residents, the station re-opened in 1846.
In 1886, Forest Gate formed part of the County Borough of West Ham. However, the county borough was replaced, and formed part of the present London Borough of Newham, in 1965.
In recent years, Forest Gate has seen an influx of settlement for new communities. One example is that Newham has the second highest percentage of Muslims in Britain, at 24.3%. Forest Gate has 23.4% of people who identify their religion as Islam. In the 2011 census, Forest Gate showed a population of 33,619.

Jubilee Pond, Wanstead Flats, Dames Road, Forest Gate, was named in 2002, to honour the Golden Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II, (r.1952-2022). The pond has three islands, and is rich in wildlife, including brown rats, foxes, geese, swans, ducks, moorhens, and many other bird varieties. The Wanstead Flats are situated in the southern-most section of Epping Forest. However, this open space is surrounded by roads and houses. Much of Wanstead Flats is used as playing fields, mainly football, with approximately 66 pitches. A large portion is rough grassland, with a variety of grasses, hedges and bushes.
Wanstead Golf Club, Overton Drive, Wanstead, near Forest Gate, was first opened in 1893, as a course of 9 holes. Now it is a 16 hole course, and the club has 650 members. It is of special interest, that Sir Winston Churchill (1874-1965), was an Honorary Member; and the club has provided three Ryder Cup Professionals: Percy Alliss, Alan Dailey and Lionel Platts. Also, Darren Lee won the Amateur Medal in the 1996 British Open and Simon Khan, twice European Tour winner, is a former club member.
