History of Barking
Barking is a town in East London, England, and forms part of the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. It is 8.8 miles (14.2 km) east of Charing Cross and is one of 35 major centres identified in the London Plan.
The town historically formed an ancient parish in the county of Essex. Its economic history is characterised by a shift from fishing and farming to market gardening and industrial development, and then to post-industrial decline.
The original parish church, All Saints, was destroyed by the London Blitz in 1940 and replaced with a modern building on the same site, which remains Barking's main church today.

Due to diminishing lease, the freeholder expenses cannot be recovered. There was also a variance on each service charge, thus the accounts were unfinished. This year we shortened the accounting period.
