Sabuj Sarkar joins as BTR Relationship Director to drive our BTR platform, Una Living and Una Consult. He brings operational experience of multi-family build to rent, coliving, student. Sabuj adds value throughout the entire life cycle, from design concept, contractor relations, mobilisation, staffing structures, training, procedures, lease up and retention strategies.

Chris Curtis is Operations Director of Ringley Integrated Site Staff Solutions (RISSS) and runs the 'services' side of the business which includes: carpet cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning and mobile cleaners that are cross trained to insource tests for emergency lighting, fire alarms, and AOVs to save reduce CO2 from travel miles and save Clients money along with App based inspection reports to provide vital audit trail to keep Clients safe.

Nick Pratt is MD of Ringley Integrated Site Staff Solutions (RISSS) whose motto is simple: Stand up | Smile | Service | Security RISS provides site staff throughout the UK both to mixed-use, leasehold and build to rent buildngs. Our teams fulfil the roles of housekeeping, caretaking, on-site facilities managers, concierge, security and grounds maintenance. We recruit, train and invest in our people and use cutting edge tech to deliver accountability, deliver efficiencies and improve net operating income for Clients.

With a background in electrical engineering and logistics Karl has a passion for problem solving and property. He has grown with Ringley through the ranks over 6 years to be a valued member of the senior leadship team and becoming a Member of the TPI and IWFM re-enforcing the ringley core believes of education and promoting within.

Nichola is a Registered Valuer and Director of Valuations London, Nichola leads Client relations and mentors the team who provide valuations for acquisition, loan security and portfolio re-structuring. Our residential valuation team expertise covers all living sectors including residential development, investment valuations and valuations for owner occupiers.

Chris is a Registered Valuer and Head of Valuation, Chris supports institutions in portfolio valuations for balance sheet and tax purposes and helps Clients’ with their rent reviews to drive value. Chris has been a RICS APC assessor and spearheads our ‘Young Valuers’ programme.

Kate Robinson heads Estate & Block Management - London. Kate approach is compassion and empathy, which underpins our approach to block management 'Home by Ringley: ‘managing yours as our own’, whether that be mixed-use estates, leasehold blocks, housing developments, or live-work communities. Building Engineering by Ringley: ‘We cover major projects throughout the UK from London, Cardiff and Manchester offices’. Our Chartered Surveyors and Engineers help a range of Clients in planning today for tomorrow, this can mean diagnosing problems, considering repair vs renewal and materials selection to deliver value in use.

James, a Chartered Building Surveyor, joined from EK Reinstatement Cost Assessment Ltd, a company he co-founded in 2019 under the Earl Kendrick Group. James has a wide variety of advisory experience in residential and commercial construction and leads Partnerships & Operations at Ringley Building Surveying and FM to expand the facets of our all areas of Building Consultancy including Building Safety Act casework.

VirginLand by Ringley are the developer’s outsourced land department and generate off-market deals that match Clients specific requirements with sector/regional exclusivity. We bring forward development opportunities using digital mapping and overlay multiple data sources to achieve a response rate of circa 18% and work across multiple sectors: e.g., residential, EV, PV roll-out, nursing homes and truck stops. Our team comprises: land finders, planners, and tech experts.

Sarah also provides oversight of client accounting procedures, internal audit, and service charge management.

Denton King, a real estate investment and finance expert formerly of Round Hill Capital and Colliers joins to support the groups integrated investor developer operator ambition through site acquisition, capital raise, planning, and development. Denton brings experience in Build-to-Rent and Build-to-Sell projects throughout the United Kingdom, Canada, and Europe.

Cathy has worked on a broad range of communications, marketing and events for over 20 years. Highly experienced in the property sector with over 8 years experience working in Build to Rent sector specifically, as well as broad experience in FMCG, travel and hospitality sectors. Her skill set includes extensive media relations, corporate communications, placemaking, resident engagement, events, stakeholder and community engagement and staff engagement.

Andrew is responsible for the operational delivery and growth of our Western region with a practical passion for Clients and their properties. Andrew manages some of Ringley’s largest complex sites and is well known in Cardiff Bay for tackling cladding and other developer issues. Andrew brings a no-nonsense military approach to managing complex sites, making light work of improvement projects and capital works and takes the time to meet residents and incorporate their feedback to build common purpose.

Hannah is a Registered Valuer and Director of Valuations South. Hannah’s team cover in London and the South East with valuation expertise in development valuations, valuations for tax planning as well as valuations for loan security that are retail led mixed use, office and industrial sectors.

As Head of Research & Innovation Tom brings 20 years experience and a doctorate in systems too. Tom’s background is both as an academic at Nottingham University for some years and as a Product Owner with a strong technical background in full-stack development and expertise in UX and design. Tom will further the Ringley AI Agenda, we are already a data-led business and provide deep insights and data trends tracking for Clients, but there is more to do.

Graham heads up Fund and Client Accounting for all facets of The Ringley Group and is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and calculating NAVs for investment funds as well as ensuring accounting records comply with the accounting and tax standards.

Chris is a seasoned entrepreneur who launched and sold two start-up companies before age 27. With a background in real estate brokerage since 2006. Chris has sold properties worldwide and has extensive experience in sales, rentals, property management, off-plan sales, planning gain land deals.

As Investment Director Oliver works the capital markets specializing in acquisitions and disposals in the living sector.
