Strategic Board
Richard is Group CEO of The Ringley Group; he is an ex MD of Property Management and Board member at both CBRE & Avison Young. Richard is market facing, responsible for strategic partnerships and growth, as well as establishing Ringley's position in the commercial asset and property management arena. Richard's experience spans over 30 years across all UK real estate asset classes, including mixed use development, commercial, surveying, and valuation.

Mary-Anne Bowring as Group MD has taken Ringley from a start-up to employing over 200 people and achieving the prestigious Investors in People GOLD Standard. Under her leadership, The Ringley Group has harnessed technology to add value to all living sectors: build-to-rent and institutional block management, e.g., the Europa, Abrdn, Patrizia and others. She set up Work by Ringley, c200 workspaces in Camden Town, and invested in digital disrupters 'Virgin Land' whose digital platform sources land for developers large and small.

As co-founder, Mehdi is the Group Chairman and is responsible for strategic direction, funding, and partnerships as well as group property strategy. He also passionately leads people strategies, the wellbeing agenda so that we have a diverse and inclusive environment.

Andrew is responsible for the operational delivery and growth of our Western region with a practical passion for Clients and their properties. Andrew manages some of Ringley’s largest complex sites and is well known in Cardiff Bay for tackling cladding and other developer issues. Andrew brings a no-nonsense military approach to managing complex sites, making light work of improvement projects and capital works and takes the time to meet residents and incorporate their feedback to build common purpose.

Martin Samworth (previous Chairman of CBRE Advisory and current Chair of RICS Board) is the Group Chairman of the ten entities within The Ringley Group. Responsible for plotting the group’s growth in the living sectors and beyond Samworth will scale the company's vertically integrated end-to-end tech platform which spans asset management, operational oversight and property management; both to support in-house operators and those who outsource and crave a single tech-stack rather than an array of disconnected apps.

Chris is a Registered Valuer and Head of Valuation, Chris supports institutions in portfolio valuations for balance sheet and tax purposes and helps Clients’ with their rent reviews to drive value. Chris has been a RICS APC assessor and spearheads our ‘Young Valuers’ programme.

Christian offers 17 years’ experience as a commercial advisor and investment manager with a track record across UK real estate. He has transacted, developed or managed over £8bn of UK direct real estate assets. At CBRE, he worked across residential land agency and national offices.
At Aviva Investors, he played a key role in reshaping UK investment strategy and overseeing £15bn of AUM. In 2020, he founded NodeTech, an award-winning prop-tech business.

Ian is a well-known and well respected multi award winning property professional with a wide range of experience. Ian has been working within the property industry for over 25 years across various disciplines and is helping lead UNA by Ringley, which advises investors and operators across the whole lifecycle of a BTR asset, from design and planning through to lease-up, operations and disposal. He also manages client relationships and directs on any aspect of the BTR asset management that UNA takes. Based from Ringley Group’s Manchester office, Ian also supporting the mobilisation and operations of mandated residential assets countrywide.

Kate Robinson heads Estate & Block Management - London. Kate approach is compassion and empathy, which underpins our approach to block management 'Home by Ringley: ‘managing yours as our own’, whether that be mixed-use estates, leasehold blocks, housing developments, or live-work communities. Our aim being to ensure people enjoy where they live and that we maintain property values for owners.

James has a wide variety of advisory experience in residential and commercial construction and leads Partnerships & Operations at Ringley Building Surveying and FM to expand the facets of our all areas of Building Consultancy including Building Safety Act casework.

Sarah Steel is a qualified accountant and acts as FD to support the MDs of each Ringley Group entity. She has been pivotal in furthering both the PlanetRent vertically integrated living sectors platform that tracks over 100 KPIs and provides robotic accounting and automates lettings for the living sectors. Sarah also provides oversight of client accounting procedures, internal audit, and service charge management.

Nick Pratt is MD of Ringley Integrated Site Staff Solutions (RISSS) whose motto is simple: Stand up | Smile | Service | Security RISS provides site staff throughout the UK both to mixed-use, leasehold and build to rent buildngs. Our teams fulfil the roles of housekeeping, caretaking, on-site facilities managers, concierge, security and grounds maintenance. We recruit, train and invest in our people and use cutting edge tech to deliver accountability, deliver efficiencies and improve net operating income for Clients.
