What stage is the Renters Reform Bill at in the legislative process?

The Renters Reform Bill is still in its early stages. It had its first reading on May 17, 2023, and a second reading on May 18. It will go through both the House of Commons and the House of Lords, receive Royal Assent, and subsequently come into force before becoming law.
