Indeed, it is the quality of the company's staff that has made the difference, with a highly motivated, enthusiastic and talented team committed to maximising value for clients. It will come as no surprise, therefore, to discover that much of its work comes via repeat business, including such blue-chip names as NatWest, WESTON Homes, Transport For London, Nationwide Business Finance, and the Peabody Trust.

At the present time, much excitement revolves around the renovation of Palmer House, a group of four fine mansion blocks on the eastern side of Fortess Road in NW5. Forming an attractive and historic feature in the local area, they were originally built around 1860 and, in 1974, where grade II listed, reflecting their contribution to the heritage of this part of the capital. As part of the restoration works and the restoration of the fasade to its former historic appearance, Ringley has achieved the addition of 4 new apartments. These lofty apartments have created unusual but highly practical living space. The scheme was 3 years in planning and the planners rejected amenities such as enhancing the size of resident balconies, amenity space at roof level and a glass lift for the benefit of all to the rear of the block and a 20 space bicycle store. All aimed at delivering betterment to the 16 lessees below. The eventual flats are less exciting than intended but provide lofty space for young professionals.
