Stourcliffe nominated for roofing award

Stourcliffe Close, a Portman Estate block near Marble Arch, is in the process of having a complete external refurbishment including window replacement, structural repairs, redecoration and roofing work. As part of the scheme, the roof had to be recovered which caused many technical challenges for the Building Surveyors at Ringley's. By carefully considering the issues and by working closely with the contractor on site, the roof work has been completed and has been nominated for a National Federation of Roofing Contractors award for both the design and the installation of the new roof.
