Clive Greenwood has over 30 years of experience in asset and property management.
The Ringley Group has appointed Clive Greenwood in a new role as head of its asset management team. He is expected to further develop the group’s asset and property management teams in Cardiff, Manchester, and London where the business currently manages over 12,700 properties. Greenwood has over 30 years of experience in property and asset management, and moves from Thomas St John group where he held the role of asset manager. Prior to that, he was at HML Group serving in various capacities including director and head of property management. He also worked at FirstPort for 13 years.
Mary-Anne Bowring, group managing director at Ringley, said: “Clive’s knowledge and expertise will help Ringley Group reach its next level of success and adds to the growing strength of our senior leadership team. “Drawing on over 30 years of experience, Clive will be responsible for asset strategy under non-discretionary mandates and supporting our heads of property management across Cardiff, Manchester and London to drive value for our clients.”
