Ringley Group Launches RISSS Service

Ringley Group introduces Ringley Integrated Site Staff Solutions (RISSS), a new service designed to 'maximise human potential' in onsite staff.

Expanding Support for Building Owners and Managers

With headquarters in London and regional offices in Cardiff and Manchester, Ringley Group manages a £6bn mixed-tenure portfolio of over 13,000 homes. The newly launched RISSS service aims to assist building owners and managers in recruiting and training onsite staff, catering primarily to Build to Rent, Co-living, Senior Living, and PBSA sectors, while also being available to workspace providers.

Upskilling and Recruitment for Onsite Teams

RISSS focuses on both upskilling existing staff and identifying the right recruits for leasing, front-of-house, and back-of-house teams. Clients will benefit from Ringley’s internal expertise and access to its proprietary techstack, including PlanetRent, a residential leasing and management platform, along with a suite of apps for residents, contractors, and site staff.

Enhancing Safety and Maintenance Through Asset Tagging

A standout feature of RISSS is the use of asset tagging, which attaches QR codes to safety equipment like fire alarms and doors. This innovation ensures onsite teams and residents can track when life safety systems were last inspected or maintained, promoting greater transparency in building management.

A Balanced Approach: Hospitality and Compliance

RISSS is built on the belief that operational real estate success depends on a balance between hospitality and compliance. The service aims to enhance efficiencies and provide clear oversight of fire safety and maintenance practices.

CEO’s Vision for RISSS

Mary-Anne Bowring, CEO of Ringley Group, emphasizes the mission behind RISSS: "RISSS was established with the aim of maximising the human potential of on-site staff to drive efficiencies and deliver 100% transparency when it comes to fire safety and maintenance."
