Ringley Prime
Ringley Group has appointed Lee Gregori as chief executive at Ringley Prime, its new estate and block management offering focused on luxury London properties. The residential property consultancy has launched the new business division to strengthen its presence in the prime central London market. Lee — who joins from Warwick Estates Property Management, where he was an associate director and previously head of development operations — will be responsible for building new relationships with developers, contractors, and housebuilders within the capital’s most exclusive neighbourhoods. Lee started his career in property at Ringley in 2010, where he held roles in both the professional services team and as a property manager, after which he joined the estate management division of Berkley Group, where he was focused on the operations of its prime central London portfolio.
“I am excited to have re-joined Ringley Group, having gained valuable experience from both client and developer sides of the table,” he commented. “Ringley benefits from its bespoke system and highly experienced senior leadership team, and I am grateful to work alongside these people.” Mary-Anne Bowring, group managing director at Ringley, added that she was delighted to welcome Lee to Ringley Prime, a division that she said built on its recent growth, despite the challenges posed by the pandemic.
“Lee will be responsible for building up the brand of Ringley Prime while creating new relationships with developers, housebuilders and contractors and, having already secured a number of exciting new opportunities, we are confident he will succeed.” Ringley Group has over 12,000 properties under management in Manchester and London and has advised major residential investors such as Curlew, Patrizia and Moda Living.
