One-Stop Approach

A one-stop shop approach Sitting in the office of estate agent, MBM Ringley, one can't help but be impressed. For a start it occupies a prime site on Royal College Street between Kentish Town and Camden, and its beautifully designed glass offices are bursting with activity. On the ground floor, the Director of MBM Ringley's estate agent arm, Robert Maxwell, discussing the north London property market with Keith Gould. Robert and Keith have 40 years of experience in property sales and management, and there's little they don't know about north London. As members of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Association of Residential Managing Agents and the Surveyors and Valuers Accreditation, Ringley is keen to set new standards and keep a close eye on new developments.

What is provided ?

The company is already providing sellers with Home Condition Reports, for example, prior to their implementation, on a voluntary basis. Covering Belsize Park, Camden, Chalk Farm, Highgate Park, Kentish Town, King's Cross and Tufnell Park, MBM Ringley also offers a range of services for property investors, and are ahead of the game. We are working on launching a fund for clients who invest in residential property as part of their pension. Ringley's agents always accompany their clients to viewings. We have a track record in selling properties and we think managing viewings is an important part of the selling process, Robert explains. And our property descriptions are much more than just descriptions, says Keith. We produce a full-colour brochure, with professionally produced photographs, a location map, a full description and key benefits for potential buyers. Robert adds:

Sellers can expect a widespread advertising campaign, in local, national and specialist titles, and on four websites. It's a competitive market, but the range of services Ringley offers is almost unparalleled. Both landlords, including large portfolio holders, and tenants can rely on Ringley to maintain properties, negotiate prices, advise on tenancies and deal with emergencies through the company's 24-hour on-call service. Downstairs, the estate management team manages more than 4,000 properties, from single flats to residential blocks. Elsewhere in the building, Ringley's surveyors provide accurate valuations for purchasing, planning, statutory compensation, re-mortgaging, tax planning, inheritance, and litigation. There's also a planning department who provide reassurance assistance in planning and development issues, from site assessments to negotiations with local authorities, making applications, steering clients through appeals and giving guidance on implementation.
