A one-stop shop approach Sitting in the office of estate agent, MBM Ringley, one can't help but be impressed. We produce a full-colour brochure, with professionally produced photographs, a location map, a full description and key benefits for potential buyers. Robert adds:

It's a competitive market, but the range of services Ringley offers is almost unparalleled. Downstairs, the estate management team manages more than 4,000 properties, from single flats to residential blocks. Elsewhere in the building, Ringley's surveyors provide accurate valuations for purchasing, planning, statutory compensation, re-mortgaging, tax planning, inheritance, and litigation. There's also a planning department who provide reassurance assistance in planning and development issues, from site assessments to negotiations with local authorities, making applications, steering clients through appeals and giving guidance on implementation.
