We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in property and tech-enabled services; someone who can articulate the unique opportunity that tech-enabled operations that drives enviable NOI to funds, investors and propco’s alike.  The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable conversing about yields, trends, returns, OpEx, CapEx and fit out costs whether the property is residential or commercial, or pure tech enablement is required.

You will shape and lead the commercial vision of the business, translating strategy into sustained revenue growth through direct sales, strategic alliances, and enduring, high-value relationships with clients and partners. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will lead commercial success and profitability—owning the story, selling the value, securing new clients and partnerships, and attracting investors to fuel sustainable growth.

  • Regular reporting on wins, near misses and working with others to continuously improve the offering
  • Developing accurate tenders with the help of other departments and marketing team

What do I need to do to become an Commercial Director - Partnerships - candidate requirements

Core Responsibilities

·         Strategy Development:  Formulate and implement comprehensive commercial, sales, and partnership strategies as part of the senior team to meet the company's goals and objectives. This includes identifying new markets, opportunities, and potential threats.

·         Revenue Growth: Drive new business development to meet and exceed revenue targets and sales quotas overseeing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

·         Partnership Management: Identify, negotiate, and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances with other organisations to expand market reach and enhance product offerings.

·         Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key Clients and stakeholders, act as a key Client Relationship Director to both check that all is well and to ensure Ringley is part of new opportunities, seen as a trusted advisor and to ensure high retention rates.

·         Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate those involved in new business, foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to get pitches and tenders out on time and to ensure seamless execution of strategies and alignment of business activities.
