About You

Previous concierge, front-of-house, security, or hospitality experience (residential experience desirable)

Calm, confident, and professional communication skills

Excellent reliability and flexibility across locations and shifts

Strong customer service focus with smart, professional presentation

Competent using Microsoft Office, security software, and access control/CCTV systems

Fluent spoken and written English and the right to work in the UK (essential)

What do I need to do to become an Ad Hoc Concierge - Residential Developments - candidate requirements
Key Responsibilities

Deliver professional front-of-house services: greeting residents/visitors, handling enquiries, and supporting contractor access

Monitor security systems including CCTV and access control, conducting regular site patrols

Manage deliveries, record parcels/keys, and ensure safe storage and retrieval

Maintain accurate logs, including incident reports and detailed handovers

Support building management by reporting defects and liaising with contractors and managing agents

Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception and lobby area

Respond effectively to on-site emergencies, following building safety protocols

Build strong rapport with residents and represent the development to a high standard
