Royal Waterside: The Premier Address in First Central, London NW10

Royal Waterside, the famous residential development in First Central, London NW10, is becoming a much-in-demand address in the UK. The development is a component of the regeneration of the former Guinness distillery. There are many reasons why Royal Waterside has emerged as one of the top residential addresses in the UK

Ideally Located

Located near Ealing and Chiswick, the development is conveniently connected to the A40 by a new link road and has access to the Park Royal tube station. The apartments are just half-an-hour from central London via tube. The wider First Central scheme has many offices and a sprawling hotel. The 20 acres of parkland features play areas, gardens, and scenic lakes. Diageo, the premier drinks brand and owner of Guinness, has its worldwide headquarters within the complex.

Architectural Design and Sustainable Living

Royal Waterside is architecturally designed with sustainable living in mind. It will feature one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses. A centralized energy centre has been designed to provide heating and hot water. Solar panels have been erected to produce renewable energy.

Key Amenities

Offering an impressive array of amenities to its residents, Royal Waterside provides a modern gym, swimming pool, tennis court, and private cinema. Residents can also benefit from the excellent concierge service and 24-hour security.

Leisure and Dining

Royal Waterside provides a selection of Michelin-starred restaurants, gastro pubs, and cafes near Chiswick. There are also boutique stores and leisure facilities, including a cinema, comedy, and music venues in Ealing.

Ease of Access and Transport Links

Ensuring ease of access, the development offers access to the city centre and other parts of London through excellent transport links. The development is close to local shops, restaurants, and schools. Plans include a 265-apartment complex by the South Midlands division of Redrow's alongside the parkland.
