Contractors work with an exclusivity period to 'pick up the job' in order that the landlord can reassign the repair to an alternative contractor if necessary. They can also monitor contractor performance using automatically triggered tenant ratings and by the speed of job completion against target.

Placing contractors onto the Contractors Portal is also easy to do. Just one click triggers a contractor invite. Contractors can then accept jobs, add their comments and photos etc from their phone as well as submitting their quotes.
