How Ringley is taking a tech-driven approach to renting

Exciting New Partnership with Rise Homes

We are thrilled to announce that Ringley has been appointed by Rise Homes to oversee the launch and lease-up of their brand-new £15 million Greyfriars build-to-rent development in Coventry. This exciting new project includes 85 fully furnished studios, one, two, and three-bedroom flats, as well as serviced apartments designed for business visitors. Our role goes beyond just managing the launch; we will also be recruiting on-site staff, administering rent collection, and taking on full property management responsibilities. This marks an important step in our tech-driven approach to modern renting.

Tech at the Heart of Greyfriars

Greyfriars is a technology-forward development, designed to provide high-speed broadband to all residents. However, the tech doesn’t stop there. At Ringley, we have invested heavily in creating cutting-edge platforms that make leasing and property management smoother, faster, and more efficient. This means that tenants at Greyfriars will not only benefit from a high-spec home but also from a streamlined, digital rental experience that puts them in control of their tenancy like never before.

Streamlining Leasing with PlanetRent

One of the key tools we are bringing to Greyfriars is PlanetRent, our automated lettings platform designed to simplify and de-risk the leasing process. This platform helps with:

  • Automated marketing of rental properties.
  • Seamless compliance tracking to ensure legal requirements are met.
  • Easy tenancy renewals, so renters never miss important updates.

PlanetRent is accessible on any device with an internet connection, meaning residents can manage their tenancies from anywhere at any time. This tool makes renting a property as easy as booking a hotel room—fast, transparent, and hassle-free.

A Better Living Experience with Busy Living

In addition to PlanetRent, tenants at Greyfriars will benefit from our resident app, powered by Ringley’s cloud-based platform, Busy Living. This app provides a one-stop hub for everything related to the resident experience, allowing tenants to:

  • Book communal spaces or services.
  • Report maintenance issues with real-time updates.
  • Connect with other residents through a community platform.
  • Receive important building updates instantly.

This app helps create a smarter, more connected living experience, ensuring that renting at Greyfriars is modern, efficient, and stress-free.

Building on Our Successful Partnership with Rise Homes

Our collaboration with Rise Homes at Greyfriars isn’t our first partnership—we are already working with them on two other highly successful developments:

  • The Depot in Manchester – A thriving build-to-rent community that has quickly become a sought-after location for renters.
  • The Mailbox in Stockport – Another premium rental development, which is now fully let.

With both of these projects proving highly successful, we are confident that Greyfriars will be another landmark rental development that sets a new standard for tech-enabled renting.

A New Era of Renting with Ringley

The future of renting is digital, and at Ringley, we are leading the way with smart technology solutions that make renting simpler, faster, and more transparent. Our partnership with Rise Homes at Greyfriars allows us to demonstrate just how much technology can enhance the leasing and living experience for both landlords and tenants. Whether it’s speeding up tenancy agreements with PlanetRent or creating a better resident experience with Busy Living, we are committed to making renting seamless and stress-free. With Greyfriars set to open its doors soon, we look forward to welcoming residents and showing them the future of renting—powered by Ringley technology.
