Lost your job in retail? We can retrain you in Proptech marketing. At Ringley we are passionate about bringing young people into our business and growing their skills via apprenticeships. Since our business launched we have graduated more than 50 apprentices and we have just signed up to support the government KICK START scheme. This provides funding for employers to create new six-month job placements for young people aged 16 to 24.

So if you have lost your job, are on universal credit - or know a young person in this situation - we may be able to help.

We are setting up a marketing department to support business growth and PropTech launches and we are looking for a bright, motivated people with retail experience who know how to chat with people and want to get a flavour of the world of marketing.

We are offering a six- month paid work placement to re-train you in PropTech marketing. For those who are successful you will build yourself a new job. It is an opportunity to work alongside our Sales Director in lead generation using a range of approaches including phone and email.

We are looking for people who are self-motivated and want to work. You must be:

  • punctual, reliable and to bring positive energy into everything you do.
  • A people person, naturally inquisitive and able to create a conversation.
  • Able to travel to Camden Town, London NW1

We will train you on both the PropTech, wider property context and sales/marketing techniques.

All it takes to win the job is to attend and pass our basic PropTech training.

We run training every Monday at 10:00am so hurry - don't miss out.

If you know this is for you and you are super excited, then you can phone Dipesh anytime on 0797 4241637

Dangerous cladding will be replaced on private blocks - at last
Leaseholders in 156 private blocks across the UK have finally received good news: the government has pledged £200 million to replace dangerous ACM cladding, similar to that used on Grenfell Tower. Building owners now have a three-month window to access these funds. This marks the end of a prolonged debate on who should bear the costs of remediation, a debate that has dragged on since the Grenfell fire in June 2017.
