HGP appoint Mary-Anne Bowring
BTR News has published the following article today:
Housing Growth Partnership (HGP) has announced the recent appointment of Mary-Anne Bowring as a Senior Advisor on its board.
As a Strategic Adviser, Mary-Anne will be advising HGP’s development partners on the full development lifecycle. She will advise on underwriting, unit mix, efficiency, layout, mobilisation, lease-up, stabilisation and exit. She is a regular industry commentator and panellist on all things residential real estate including the building safety agenda. She stated “I am delighted to be appointed as a Senior Advisor to the Housing Growth Partnership. Having advised on over 12,000 Build to Rent homes from Scotland to Southampton, I am thrilled to be supporting HGP in their decision making, to get capital deployed and new housing stock built. We need more homes and the HGP plays an important part in housing delivery whether that be co-living, multifamily, single-family or later living.”
Mary-Anne is founder of The Ringley Group – UK wide Asset Managers, Build to Rent Operators and Property Managers – who provide a range of professional services and have circa £10bn AUM. She is also a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Surveyor.
