Work by Ringley, which was established in 2019 by the Ringley Group to provide flexible workspaces to growing businesses, has appointed Eric Asarè as Head of Operations.

In his new role, Eric will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Camden Gateway, Ringley’s flagship flexible workspace building located in Kentish Town, North London. The 10,000 sq ft flexible office space will be run using Ringley’s cloud-based operational platform, Busy Living and offers best-in-class technology, including facial recognition for 24 hour access, free wi-fi, cloud phone system, and digital mail-house. Prior to joining Work by Ringley, Eric was managing director of The Studio Workspace for three years and head of operations and finance at Impact Hub Westminster.

Mary-Anne Bowring, group managing director at Ringley Group, comments: “Eric has some exceptional experience in working within the flexible office sector and his appointment will help drive our business model as we continue to expand our company.”

“Camden Gateway is our testbed for our operational platform Busy Living, which we launched almost 18 months ago.”

Eric added: “I’ve been an avid follower of the Ringley Group as it continues to expand into new sectors of the property market. I’m delighted to be working with Mary-Anne and the wider team to help expand the business across the flexible office sector.
