Those of you already missing "The X Factor" might be interested in London managing agent Ringley's alternative - and slightly late - entry. To help launch its new "block administration" software, Ringley created Flatie: "the leaseholders' champion". The programme is designed to help leaseholders within small blocks of flats fed up with paying managing agents too much for too little. The mascot can now be found signing his own version of "Cool for Cats" by squeeze on YouTube (go to tinyurl.com/2fqwsq6). He is the Wagner of the property world, I'm told.
