Our property management teams support leasehold blocks and estates as well as BTR rentals across all living sectors: student, coliving, multi-family, single family, later living and coworking.
We support a range of property transactions including Land Search, Valuation, Building Surveying and Legal work. We seek ESG accreditations for Clients and provide and train site staff.
We converted our old offices in Camden Town NW1 into vibrant workspace providing a range of co-work, private offices and start up suites. Arguably we are the brightest, quirkiest and most plant filled environment in Camden Town and of course the most friendly too.

It’s not an easy job managing 40+ different competing interests and I commend them for handling such a tricky situation.
