Key Responsibilities

Gardening & Grounds Maintenance

• Mowing, edging, and maintaining lawns

• Planting, pruning, watering, and feeding plants, shrubs, and trees

• Weeding and mulching flower beds

• Seasonal garden clean-ups (e.g., leaf collection, snow removal, spring prep)

• Maintenance of garden tools and equipment

• Pest and disease control using environmentally responsible methods

• Irrigation and watering system monitoring

• General tidiness and presentation of the outdoor space, patios, driveways, and pathways

Property Maintenance

• Basic DIY repairs (e.g., fixing gates, fences, outdoor lighting)

• Pressure washing paths and driveways

• Reporting any maintenance issues or damage to the property manager

• Assisting with deliveries or household support tasks if required

• Emptying bins and helping manage waste or green waste disposal
