Residential property consultancy Ringley Group has appointed Anthony Kingdon

He will be working across Ringley’s offices in London and Cardiff and will report directly to Mary-Anne Bowring, the company’s group managing director and founder.

He will also be in charge of looking after Ringley’s BTR operations in Cardiff.

Anthony joins the company from Xenia Estates, a specialist student and residential block management company, where he was operations director for more than two years.

Prior to this, he held positions at Scanlans Property Management LLP and Mainstay Residential.

“I’ve been aware of Ringley for many years now, having previously worked with Mary-Anne in one of my previous roles,” said Anthony.

“I’m really excited to be working with the established team at Ringley going forward and with its industry leading bespoke property management software.

“Its openness and transparent approach to block management services is excellent and I look forward to working with new and existing clients across the UK — mainly in Cardiff and Coventry.”
