Ringley Group –  The property manager has appointed Clive Greenwood as head of asset management, a newly-created role in the business.

He will be responsible for looking after the property management division of the company from its offices in Cardiff, Manchester and London. 

He most recently held the role of asset manager at accountancy firm Thomas St John Group. Prior to that, he worked at HML Group for five years in various roles including director and head of property management and spent 13 years at FirstPort.
