Strategy is usually supported by an on-site lettings team 7 days a week, portals to directly link through to the dedicated
scheme website. Tours bookable both online and by phone.
Success means recruiting, training and managing a permanent incentivised customer-focussed team to meet prospective tenants, accompany viewings, and negotiate contracts and do mid-term inspections. Contractually each team member should be required to organise, support and advertise on-site events.
