Many developers think that only the major conglomerate managing agents have the resources to manage large, complex schemes, however, our market research suggests that their approach is neither personal enough, nor do the larger companies provide the level of transparency that owners would like. It is this lack of transparency which breeds suspicion and can give rise to disputes which, in turn, can affect the reputation of developers.

Ringley Chartered Surveyors is an independent medium sized professional practice. We have a proven track record in successfully managing both large and small new build developments throughout the South-East. We offer a personal, tailored service and a range of in-house support services that many other managing agents are unable to provide, such as building engineering, legal and financial services.

When you appoint Ringley Chartered Surveyors as your development consultants, or to manage your completed schemes, you will get:

Our Terms

We realise that for Developers, property management is viewed as a service that is put in place for the benefit of the eventual leaseholders and occupiers of the units created.   With this in mind we provide our extensive services to developers, free of charge. In return, we ask for nothing more than a management contract for a term that allows us to recoup our costs. We look for a minimum initial contract of 3 years at a competitive fee level: This is, in any event the minimum period that we believe is necessary to not only cover the costs of establishing the management structure, but also to demonstrate to the residents that we can deal with all aspects of the management and repair/redecorations cycle.

Alternatively we are happy to provide developers with a fee-based consultancy service at a competitive rate. A third option is a combination of a fee based consultancy service with a Management Contract with a shorter minimum term.
